19" widescreen LCD monitor. KDE versions < 4.2.4 don't recognize the native resolution of 1680x1050; later versions do but set a 60Hz refresh rate, which is apparently out of range at that resolution. Adding a 1680x1050 70 Hz mode to xorg.conf helps in both cases.
Tested (over time) with both Arch and Debian Sid.
