Using the instructions above (or the stock ubuntu hardware manager) the current driver:
* does not support HDTV (aka HD channels)
* only partly works with mythtv with a lot of kicking

With the same version of firmware linked to above, the device is found in /var/log/messages, lsusb also shows that it is loaded.
all the tests for video go thru the motions, but no pic, no audio...

Using this in Fedora11. But you need the latest DVB drivers from v4l and the appropriate firmware. The firmware can be found here: http://www.otit.fi/~crope/v4l-dvb/af9015/af9015_firmware_cutter/firmware_files/4.95.0/dvb-usb-af9015.fw
