These Dell Wireless Card only works under Linux with ndiswrapper or driverloader (Linuxant). These programs are able to use the original Windows XP drivers. I use it on SuSE 9.2 very well (ndiswrapper, open source).

I am not able to connect through this device to the internet. Linux is not even detecting the wireless card.
