It works great under Linux. Just one detail, it is broken in hardware :-( Therefore you need to patch the kernel, with a patch from:
http://home.earthlink.net/~ebrombaugh/d150.html
This patch also works for:
Olympus D-150 Zoom
Olympus C-220 Zoom
Olympus D-520 Zoom

Works like a charm with:
su -
modprobe usb-storage
mkdir /mnt/camera
mount /dev/sda1 -tvfat /mnt/camera
