Desktop theme programs
This is a discussion about Desktop theme programs in the Slack Space category; I'm looking for a desktop theme making program for Windows 2000. Most of the ones I've found seems to be only for XP or they look really bad. Also do the programs that make these themes save as a. theme then you have to insert it yourself with the theme.

I recomend Window Blinds from http://www.stardock.com/
It isnt free but it will give you all the skining features of XP in 2k,98 and ME.
