DFI is and remains one of my favorite board manufacturers for one simple word, stability. DFI has sent quite a few boards here to Flipchip and while some have had lack luster performance and/or features they have all been very hearty under the stress of benchmarking. The CS62-TC as it turned out was no exception to this. Stable all the time, every time!
I decided to sit on this review for a while so I could review it with the Tualatin chip that it was designed to support. They actually sent me this board before I reviewed the Intel board and Tualatin chip but due to the news embargo before that review I couldn´t exactly review the DFI board with the Tualatin chip and not let on that I had it. I am glad that I waited, this board is clearly one of the best I have ever tried.
