For those having issues mounting Samba shares

If you are having some issues with this, you should check out this utility then: It's a very nice front end for smbmnt/smbmount/smbumount and is fairly intuitive. Just make sure that you have all the needed packages first, as explained on the site.

It's a very nice front end for smbmnt/smbmount/smbumount and is fairly intuitive. Just make sure that you have all the needed packages first, as explained on the site. It also runs in KDE (or just using the KDE libraries, I imagine) and makes life a bit easier.

I am hoping that this one will work right in KDE3, as I am having issues with Komba2 in Red Hat 8 (even with the Beta Komba2, I can't right click on the workgroup/shares in order to enter info).
