HELP WITH SOUND AND INTERNET SETUP!!!!!!

i wanna use sound. . . just had a sound card installed i wanna use the internet. . . i have the number and everything. . . . just had a modem put in. . . also has a network card. . . HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! P.

I believe the sound card is a supersound 32
am running mandrake linux 9.1

Imposible ISDN/RDSI internet connection in mandrake 9.2

cannot set up internet connection on mdk 9.1
