Looking for wireless card recommendations

I have a dual boot Fedora Core 4/Windows XP SP2 Dell Dimesion 4400 w/ a Pentium 4 (bought around 2002). My apt has one cable outlet on the other side, and its on the oppsite side of my room, so I set up a wireless network for my laptop.

My apt has one cable outlet on the other side, and its on the oppsite side of my room, so I set up a wireless network for my laptop. Anyways, I want to get my Dell machine hooked up to the Internet and I was just curious if there are wireless cards that play more friendly with Linux than others. Thanks for any suggestions.

I swear by the Orinoco Gold card. It's 802.11B though. I've had it working with a Linksys 802.11g router. I've had the Orinoco for quite some time and it's performance is outstanding with our Toshiba laptop.

I've seen them on Ebay as low as $30.00.

The netgear wg311(version 1) is also good, it works with the madwifi driver. Any other card based on the atheros chipset is good; sorry, I can't name any others off the top of my head.
