Matrox Parhelia on Linux
This is a discussion about Matrox Parhelia on Linux in the Linux Hardware category; I noticed on Matrox's website that they have drivers listed for Rehat versions of Linux. I would prefer to run SuSe or Mandrake. Has anyone sucessfully run a Parhelia in one of the above mentioned Distro's? I have noticed in SuSe that the opening screen is all scrambled with the Parhelia.

You can also try with the vesa or vga driver in xfree86 but face it if you want any kind of quality in linux youre gonna have to get an NVIDIA card.

OP
Thanks for the reply Blueworm. I resolved my problem with the scrambled screen over the weekend by up[censored] the BIOS on my Parhelia. Now me justs got to get the 2D driver from the Matrox website and "ask" (WTF is up with that?) for the 3D driver.
