Lost need help! This is a question for anybody out there when I am using my I S P when I get on a web page there is numbers and little square boxes approximately a quarter inch square at random on the monitor.

This is a question for anybody out there when I am using my I S P when I get on a web page there is numbers and little square boxes approximately a quarter inch square at random on the monitor. The numbers read from one through six and sometimes one through 20 staying on the monitor screen maybe five seconds or a little bit longer. It also happens every time the Web pages changed or when I'm surfing the Web these numbers pop up. I do have a pop-up blocker provided by the I S P and is working just fine any input from anybody would be much appreciated.
