The MS-8833 includes all the features of the MX400 chip, and also includes Video-In and Video-Out (TV) support, as well as DVD software and video editing software (and the 183MHz memory clock of course). You might think that with the extra software you will be paying more for this card than others. You would be right, but the difference isn´t as plain as price. The MS-8833 runs ~$80-85, with other MX400 based video cards costing ~$5-15 less. The catch? Most other MX400 based cards don´t have the TV-Out at all, and certainly won´t let you edit movies.
