The MSI MX400 Pro-VT32S can be quite a worthy competitor, "can" being the key word. At stock, it doesn´t have enough power to compete with the higher end cards, but when it´s overclocked it leads to quite a performance gain! Many times being able to compete with cards that should be faster such as the ATI Radeon.
