No sound in Mandrake 9.1

I just installed mandrake 9. 1 and I think its better then 9. 0 seems easier to work with. Anyway I can't seem to get any sound when plaing music I looked every where I could think of to configure but I must be missing something funny thing is it worked with 9.

I cant get sound on my Mandrake 9.1
 
I am windows user that switched to Redhat 9 ( got sound ) then went to Mandrake 9.1
 
I have a SoundBlaster Live! :x

By default, the sound is muted in mandrake 9.1.
Open aumix (multimedia menu) and increase the levels. Press "S" to save settings, so that they are saved for the next reboot.
