Suse Linux 9.2 WLAN works sometime

Hello I have a problem with my Wireless lan (BG2200 intel centrino), I have a dualboot on my laptop and if I first start linux I can see that the LED on my laptop is not working. If I first start Win2K then my LED is lighting up and then, I can quit and go to Linux and my Wlan is working (I can surf on the web).

Hello

I have a problem with my Wireless lan (BG2200 intel centrino), I have a dualboot on my laptop and if I first start linux I can see that the LED on my laptop is not working.

If I first start Win2K then my LED is lighting up and then, I can quit and go to Linux and my Wlan is working (I can surf on the web).

I use the ipw2200 drivers from the suse linux 9.2 DVD.

How can I solve this problem ?

it seems SuSE 9.2 ships with ipw2200-0.8 (16-Sep-2004).. five days ago,
ipw2200-0.21 (17-Jan-2005) was released.
