Suse: RPM won´t install

Ok, i try to find an answer in many other Forums but no one talked to me, maybe i´m stupid? first, i´m german, if u don´t understand something, i´ll try to say it better 🙂 now the prob. . . . i have installed Suse 9.

Ok, i try to find an answer in many other Forums but no one talked to me, maybe i´m stupid?
 
first, i´m german, if u don´t understand something, i´ll try to say it better :):
 
 
now the prob....
i have installed Suse 9.2 pro
and at the clean install everything is fine while installing rpm´s
 
but after installing some drivers and YAST updates most RPM´s won´t
install!!!
i dunno why, but that failure message is coming:
 
ERROR(InstTarget:E_RpmDB_subprocess_failed)

sometimes it is longer :):
 
now i´m looking forward to find an answer here, hope someone can help me here *sniff*
 
btw: allmost all, downloaded or via Yast update won´t install
but sometimes i´m able to install!?!
really crazy
