I put my order in about two weeks ago. 5 amd64 and 5 i386 discs. I really like what ubuntu is doing and it's a great distro and they are off to a good start.

I orderd the default 10 cds about 3 1/2 weeks ago. I still dont have them..........................
 
I downloaded the iso though and i think ubuntu is kinda plain and boring for me....

ubuntu is basic out of the box for a reason but you can make it as flashy as you want. It's like any other linux distro, you can customize until your little heart is content.

THougth I'd bring this up again. I got my cd's. Nice presentation and the x86 discs come with a live cd and some OSS for windows if you find linux is not for you you can try out open office, firefox/thunderbird and audacity for windows just load it off the live disc.
