win NT 4.0 and RHL 8.0 dual boot(Grub) ?

I'm using windows NT 4. 0 server and RHL8. 0 (Grub Loader) I've firstly installed Win nt and then RHL8. 0 while booting it shows nt boot loader. and i'm booting RHL through floppy. is it possible to dual boot? how?.

I am not familiar with Win NTServer, but I have dual booted my mahcine with Win2000 and RH8.0 using windows bootloader. Have a look at the document below and follow step 3 and 4.
