Problem with MRTG indexmaker on Fedora Core 1

The following error shows up when I run indexmaker on Fedora Core 1. Use of uninitialized value in hash element at /usr/bin/indexmaker line 307. Can anyone help me. .

Windows networking doesn't see my linux box.

Well, I successfully merged my work computer over to linux. I'm running the latest release from YOPER. I am able to connect to the windows network in my workplace and browse shares. THe only problem is that the windows boxes cannot see me on the network.

Oh Mandrake Control Center, Where art Thou?

I have encounter a problem upgrading from 9. 2 to 10. 0. My mandrake control center has gone missing! I click on the desktop; it will ask me for the password, load it up and then for some reason disappear.

Hi, I have two computers. One with Mandrake Linux 9. 2 and Windows XP and another with Windows ME. I use a router to connect both computers to the internet. The internet works fine with Windows XP but it doesn't work on Linux (Linux is installed on the same computer).

fedora core 2 / orinoco pcmcia driver problems

I love Fedora Core 2, except for one major problem. It appears the orinoco driver for this pcmcia card is known to hang after heavy use. I have grabbed, compiled and installed the latest driver for the card.

Need help setting up hardware firewall/router

I've just finished installing Fedora Core 1 (minimum install only) on an old 400MHz PC. My objective is to use this unit as a Linux Firewall and router for my office network to share the net. Because Fedora installed only the required componants to do this task, there is no graphic desktop or any other fancy stuff.

Fedora Core 2, Which Wireless card?

I just installed Fedora Core 2 on my laptop (compaq presario 2100, if that helps) and I'd like to know what would be the EASIEST wireless card to get working on it? It has to be 11mb and either B or G though, I think, since that's what my router supports.

Hi, I am completely new to Linux and have downloaded and installed Mandrake 10. 0 from ISO. It came on 3 CD's and installed perfectly. However it won't 'see' my Sagem Fast 800 ADSL modem. As i said i am a newbie and apart from the odd 'ls', 'cd' and maybe an odd 'chmod', i know little about linux.
