Can't Access Some Websites WIth Firefox in FC%

I have recently installed FC5 with all defaults. Firefox will load some websites but others will not load. Example I have turned off the firewall and SLE Linux. Any ideas?.

How to make ximian/evolution default email client?

I have been using (& quite like) the gnome/ximian evolution email client in RH9. Problem is, when I click on a email address link on a webpage for instance, the mozilla/netscape mail client wizard keeps popping up asking me to setup my email.

Just found this and search on Google: there is a new Firefox extension called ODFReader: The extension is still very early in development and needs more effort to further its progress. It will go a long way to help the spread of if everybody can read it without downloading the 70-100MB+ OpenOffice.

Has anyone upgraded to Firefox 1. 5 yet and if so, have you had issues with Java and Flash? I upgraded to 1. 5 this morning and now my Flash and Java have quit working. I've reinstalled Flash and nothing.

I've just installed MPlayer on Kknoppix 3. 7 and I'm getting an error when I try to play a dvd. I can see the dvd playing, but all I hear is a steady gibberish sound. Here's the error that I get in the terminal, does anyone know why I'm getting this error (Couldn't find matchinf filter!).
