New tech site... and forums...

HELLBRINGER
I hope this doesn't upset the mod. The was the most appropiate forum I could find for this. I want to advertise my new tech site I just started up. Right now it is really nothing, but in a few weeks it will be moving along.

Virus "worse then AIDS"

Mr.Guvernment
from another forum Quote:Virus 'worse than AIDS' THE deadly SARS virus could infect more than one billion people worldwide within a year - and end up being more devastating than AIDS. The grim warning was issued by a leading UK scientist last night.

iTunes music store

ViolentGreen
So do you all think this will be successful? I think when it finally gets ported to windows I will use it. You have a guarantee of quality and of download speed plus the ability to preview. I don't download all that much anymore but I think I will use it when I do.

fileshareing/mp3 news

ViolentGreen
I don't know if you all have seen this or not but a Federal Judge ruled that software companies who provide file sharing apps are not responsible for illegally trading of copyright material. This is a huge blow to the music industry.

CD-Text Manager...get your copy!

happymonkey
I would like to personally announce the release of CD-Text Manager and invite you to download a copy from What is CD-Text Manager? This program basically extracts the CD-Text from a CD in any drive on your computer.

Is anyone here a Martial Artist?

Lotus
If so. . what style(s) have you taken and how long have you been doing it? Just curious how many people share my hobby. I have been doing martial arts for over 18 years now. . . started when I was seven.

MP3 Players

ViolentGreen
I am looking for a sub $200 flash mp3 player with at lest 256 MB memory. Does anyone have one that they can recommend? I am considering the iRiver IFP-190T but it hasn't sold me yet. The only place that I have found reviews of a large number of mp3 players is on CNET.

...then please post it in the Buy, Sell, or Trade forum. This includes any software, hardware, or anything else with a price in exchange for it. If announcing a product, and it isn't in the appropriate selling forum, then it will be classified as spam and dealt with accordingly.

Happy Easter Everybody...

felix
Well it's Monday here downunder and a very nice one indeed, but last night was cold. Went to Church Sunday AM with our minister who's 2 cans short of a six-pack. Best part is we have heaps of public holidays around this time.

Concept Cars? Ever heard this term...??

CUViper
That charger is pretty sweet - I would like to see it for real. It's weird, but I always have to wait on my judgement of a car until I see it myself. Some cars that looked beautiful in photos I ended up hating, and others that were so-so become awesome when viewed in person.
