Am a novice in this area and want to ask how to add a repository that contains this updated openssl package, so that I can add it to my machines.  So far, it seemed like it would have been on the "Ubuntu Security Proposed" PPA, but after adding it, I am unable to locate it, when running apt-get install.  Any suggestions?
