Advance notice of discontinuation of openSUSE Leap 15.4

Hi,

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 SP4 leaves its regular maintenance and
support phase on December 31st 2023.

As openSUSE Leap 15.4 uses the SLES 15 SP4 updates, also openSUSE Leap 15.4
support from openSUSE Maintenance and Security will end on December 31st 2023.

An upgrade to openSUSE Leap 15.5 is recommended.
