WHAT'S NEW
=========
* Bugfixes:
- Bug #11596: Fixed broken shared library versioning (Dave Beckett)
- Bug #8511: RefPtr: refcounting broken with cast_*() methods (Murray
Cumming)

NOTE: The previous release (1.4.0) had a critical issue with the shared library version which accidentally made it incompatible with previous cairomm releases, so it is highly recommended to upgrade to 1.4.2 rather than using 1.4.0
