deepin 20 Review
The deepin 20 release announcement mentioned several new features and improvements to the distribution. Some of the highlights include changes to notifications, along with the ability to adjust (on a per application basis) which programs can display notifications, whether notifications appear on the lock screen, and if a sound should accompany notices. The distribution offers multiple kernels with the 5.4 kernel being the default and 5.7 being available as an alternative. The distribution now includes a Device Manager utility to browse hardware information. Support for fingerprint recognition has also been added.
