A dpdk security update has been released for both Debian GNU/Linux 9 and 10 to address multiple vulnerabilities, which could result in denial of service or the execution of arbitrary code by malicious guests/containers.

Multiple vulnerabilities were discovered in the vhost code of DPDK,
a set of libraries for fast packet processing, which could result
in denial of service or the execution of arbitrary code by malicious
guests/containers.
For the oldstable distribution (stretch), these problems have been fixed
in version 16.11.11-1+deb9u2.
For the stable distribution (buster), these problems have been fixed in
version 18.11.6-1~deb10u2.
We recommend that you upgrade your dpdk packages.
