This update includes the changes in tzdata 2022d for the Perl bindings.

For Debian 8 jessie, these problems have been fixed in version 1:1.75-2+2022d.

For Debian 9 stretch, these problems have been fixed in version 1:2.09-1+2022d.

We recommend that you upgrade your libdatetime-timezone-perl packages.
