Fedora Linux 42 has been officially released today. This release is identical to the RC 1.1 release candidate.
The release features the elevation of KDE Plasma Desktop to "Edition" status, with the KDE team focused on addressing bugs and refining the software. The terminology may be perplexing; however, both desktop environments are outstanding and supported by robust upstream communities. COSMIC, a contemporary desktop environment developed entirely in Rust by System76, is now accessible. The Fedora Linux 42 release features a new installation interface that is both streamlined and sleek, reminiscent of the Heart of Gold. The release notes and "What's New?" articles on Fedora Magazine offer additional insights.
The answer is here: Fedora Linux 42!

or, of course, simply upgrade your already-installed systems, which shouldn't take much longer than ordering and consuming something which is almost, but not quite, entirely unlike tea.

NOTE: there's an important known issue with some of our Live media in this release adding extra UEFI boot entries. We caught this too late to reasonably pull things back. For details, see
