This time around, they will test DNF5.2 in accordance with its fundamental acceptance criteria in order to smooth out any bumps. From Wednesday, June 5th, through Wednesday, June 12th, there will be a test week that will concentrate on upgrading the system from Fedora 40 to Fedora 41 and basic DNF 5 functionality.

This article announces a test week for DNF 5.2. As a part of DNF 5.2, we will be testing the system upgrade from Fedora 40 to Fedora 41. In older versions of Fedora, the upgrade leverages a plugin. This functionality is now baked in by default and this is a great time to test it out. Needless to say, we will still be testing the general DNF 5 functionalities.

The test week is Wed, June 5th through Wed, June 12th.
