IceWM, an X Window System stacking window manager, has been updated with a new release. IceWM 3.7.3 addresses configuration issues with librsvg, enhances application focusing, and introduces "usertime" and "x11time" commands to icesh. It enhances font loading capabilities in non-Latin environments.
