Rex Dieter has released some KDE 3.1.1 packages for Red Hat Linux 7.3 and 8.0

kde-3.1.1 RPMS(*) are now available in the 'kde3-test' repository. After approximately 1 week, in the absense of any show-stopping bugs, we'll move them to the stable 'kde3' folder.
