KTorrent 2.0 has been released

The subject line says it all, after many months of hard work we have finally released 2.0, which is a rather big improvement over our previous stable release 1.2. The big new features include :

- DHT support
- Protocol encryption
- Bandwith scheduling
- Some GUI redesign
