Libxml2 2.13.1 has been released. The change log includes regressions, improvements, and fixes. Regressions include reenabling reading from "-", fixing xmlTextReaderReadString, setting XPath context, loading included documents, redefining ATTRIBUTE_UNUSED, and addressing missing include, linking against Bcrypt.lib, and warning failures.
