Hi list,

Following the long break for Christmas and New Years (in the Gregorian calendar), I'd like to announce the availability of 19.3.2.
In general this release looks pretty reasonable given the length of time and the
number of people celebrating (or not working) over the holidays.
Intel and AMD drivers make up the bulk of the changes, with a bit of nir andglsl, plus a sprinkling of other stuff in there.
