The Mesa bugfix release 24.2.3 is now available, with the next release coming in two weeks on October 2nd. Change logs address several issues, including lowering VM bind operations, correcting shellcheck failures, encoding both sps and pps in the same buffer, and fixing radeon_enc_code_ue with values exceeding 2^16. Other enhancements include the addition of the megadriver_libdir argument, the inclusion of the va driver in libgallium when building with dri, and the disabling of EFC on VCN 2.2.
