Packagers will find new tars for drkonqi, split out from one of the plasma tars, and plasma-vault and new plasmoid which depends on cryfs at runtime. The dependency on ddcutils in powerdevil is now not enabled by default after discussion with the ddcutils author we decided it needed some more time.

Release is in three weeks

Plasma devs please make LTS bug fixes to Plasma/5.8 branch, any other bugfixes to Plasma/5.11 branch and features to master branch. Please concentrate on testing and tidying up Plasma/5.11 for the next three weeks.
