The first test rebuild of Ubuntu 24.04 Noble Numbat has been finished

First Noble Numbat test rebuild

The first test rebuild of Noble Numbat was started on December 15, 2023 for all architectures, all components. The rebuild is finished for all architectures for the main component and still running for universe and multiverse on s390x and riscv64.
There were some buildd issues with s390x, but we hope they will catch up soon.
