13.04 Raring Ringtail Changes] ===

Ali Andrei reports that whitelisting in Ubuntu will no longer be
available in Ubuntu 13.04. However, the good news is that most apps
will now come with AppIndicators which put apps on the notification
bar and make the need for whitelists unnecessary. Java and wine apps
will have to be "hard-coded" as they might not have AppIndicator
support.
