Dovecot could allow unintended access to network services.

Details:
Julian Brook discovered that Dovecot incorrectly handled multiple passdb
configuration entries. In certain configurations, a remote attacker could
possibly use this issue to escalate privileges.
Update instructions:
The problem can be corrected by updating your system to the following
package versions:
Ubuntu 22.04 LTS:
dovecot-core 1:2.3.16+dfsg1-3ubuntu2.1
Ubuntu 21.10:
dovecot-core 1:2.3.13+dfsg1-1ubuntu3.1
Ubuntu 20.04 LTS:
