A security issue affects these releases of Ubuntu and its derivatives:

- Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
- Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
- Ubuntu 16.04 ESM
- Ubuntu 14.04 ESM

Summary:

ZenLib could be made to crash if it received specially crafted
input.

Software Description:
- libzen: ZenLib C++ utility library -- development files

Details:

It was discovered that ZenLib doesn't check the return value of a specific
operation before using it. An attacker could use a specially crafted input
to crash programs using the library.

Update instructions:

The problem can be corrected by updating your system to the following
package versions:

Ubuntu 20.04 LTS:
libzen-dev 0.4.37-1ubuntu0.20.04.1
libzen0v5 0.4.37-1ubuntu0.20.04.1

Ubuntu 18.04 LTS:
